The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Room in my house with two beds, own toilet, shared kitchen and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog.
