The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

I huset så finns det en dubbelsäng och en extrasäng att använda vid behov. Här finns det en Vedeldad bastu att använda samt en öppen kamin. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Tv går att använda genom att koppla in dator eller telefon. Busshållplatsen är ungefär 200 meter ifrån stugan.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
