This is a spacious, clean, and spacious house with a goodle room in a newly built traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There are Seorak Seowon, Muyeol Kingdom, and other Seorak Tumulus-guns nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk away, so it's a great place to take a walk.
