The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

We are one mile from the village of Lanlivery and just 15 minutes from the A30 at Bodmin. This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. We now have a Zappi EV Charger that you can use if available, for a small Fee.

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The perfect Cornish escape , On the edge of Nanstallon village (7 mins drive from the A30) this beautiful Shepherds Hut sits in a tranquil setting next to the Camel Valley a few minutes walk from the Camel Trail. With excellent access to North and South Coasts it’s the perfect location for exploring all Cornwall has to offer . If you are interested in swimming , surfing, wildlife, cycling, walking or eating a pasty it’s a great location. Also just 20 mins away from The Eden Project!

Bluebell cabin is set in a beautiful garden, surrounded by 620 acre’s of woodland with great walking and bike trails. Sit by the fire-bowl, in the great outdoors or snuggle by the wood burning stove. The cabin has shower/toilet, kitchenette. It's a lovely cosy space with lots of covered outside seating. Totally enclosed decking area ideal for dogs /privacy. Private hot tub outside your front door perfect to unwind in nature with your loved one. We also have a larger higher spec cabin.

Chy Lowen, a self-contained bungalow with a private sunny garden and patio area, it is situated on a quiet hillside road overlooking Bodmin and close to the historic Bodmin Jail. The beautiful Camel Trail is only a 5 minute walk away. It’s a great location to discover Cornwall; it takes about 30 mins to Rock or Polzeath (North Coast) and the same time for St Austell and Looe (South coast). The Eden Project, Newquay and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within 40 mins.
