We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this private suite in a beautiful area. Just a short walk to all of Salcombes sandy beaches and North and Southsands coves. Well known for its excellent beaches , sailing and watersports . Our room also has private ensuite, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , sink for breakfast /tea prep etc Our holiday let has easy access private free parking on driveway and seperate access to accommodation, with patio area and barbecue for our guests use.

The apartment is at the beginning of Devon Road, near North Sands beach, within walking distance of the centre of Salcombe. The property is well furnished in a modern beach style (think driftwood, white), with all the amenities. There is a private garden and patio area as well as a large South facing balcony, which is a real sun trap, with views across the estuary and to the sea. Previous guests have always enjoyed the property!

The Owl's Nest

Take it easy at the unique tree house getaway nestled within a woodland in South Devon. A tranquil location allows for anyone staying in this cosy cabin to have a relaxing and memorable experience. Unwind in the hot tub set amongst the treetops and enjoy the sauna with its view into the forest. This location is only 15 minutes from various beaches and has an easy 10 minute walk to the local pub.

'Rockpool' is a 15 minute walk to Bantham Beach.

Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Rockpool' sleeps two people in an open plan studio set up. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
