Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Here you live peacefully and beautifully with the beach, hiking trails and views right outside the door – at the same time as it only takes 10 minutes to both Bodø city center and the airport. On clear winter evenings, you can see the northern lights dancing across the sky, and in the summer, enjoy the midnight sun. In the distance, you can see the mountains of Lofoten rise on the horizon. Perfect for couples, families with children and hiking guests.
