Our house is located in the center of Bodrum Marina. It is 2-3 minutes walking distance to entertainment places, cafes and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the public beach. It has its own garden entrance, there is a parking area for 1 vehicle. There is a private sitting area in the garden. It is a quiet peaceful house, located among the tangerine trees and in the heart of the city. Ev Bodrum Marinanin merkezindedir. The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-storey villa with Lebiderya sea view are rented. My house is located in Geriş, a quiet area of Yalıkavak. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
