Guests will have private entrance to their floor, separated from us who live in floors above (65+ year old couple). 5 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the beach that is only accessible by the families within that community. Free parking available both by the house and the beach. Closed community also offers swimming pool, sports areas (basketball, tennis, fitness).
