The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat entrance. A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
