logement facile à trouver, fidèle à la description et aux photos. le logement dispose d'une machine à glaçons qui est un vrai plus pour profiter de boissons fraiches à tout moment. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou prendre un café/thé. il y a également un lave linge/séche linge dans la cour sous l'escalier qui est en commun avec le propriétaire. Il y a une petite cour entièrement murée pour que vos enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. le logement est à 25 minutes à pied du centre touristique en prenant son temps. Pour les commerces de proximités, on est bien servit avec un supermarché, une pharmacie, un café à 200 mètres (descendre la rue et tourné à gauche) il y a également de bonne boulangerie (sweet bakery (filolaou 146) que je recommande) ou restaurant( Ευλαλία (frynonos 10)que je recommande également) à 5/10 minutes à pied. Je remercie également Vasilis pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour la panne de la machine à glaçons qui à été réparer très rapidement

This was a fantastic stay! I didn’t know how good I had it until I left Greece with this Airbnb. Even though it was near a street and can sometimes be noisy. The accommodations were fantastic. It was clean, had all that I needed to cook on a short stay and the host responded fast. What I love the most was the location. I could walk to all of the areas within 15 minutes that Greece had to offer for food and shopping and I never once felt like I was in danger. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay here in Vouliagmeni for a family wedding. The Great Terrace was a feature, the view was fabulous. There was some construction going on next door which was a slight shame. The apartment was very well located, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning was welcomed with the warm weather and we enjoyed a beverage on the terrace admiring the water views of Vouliagmeni beach. The kids loved the luxury of having their own bedroom. The shower was very small but having 2 toilets was a bonus. There were many stairs to climb to get to the apartment but as a young family that didn’t bother us, the view was worth it! Overall, a wonderful place to stay as a family.

Dioni hat uns herzlich empfangen und hat uns alle unsere Fragen direkt beantwortet. Zum Einzug haben wir auch viele Überraschungen bekommen, die uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Essentiellem ausgestattet. Gewürze, bestes Oliven Öl, Kaffee...alles da! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und waren sehr zufrieden und würden Dioni sehr gerne wieder als unsere Gastgeberin haben wollen. Lieben Dank und hoffentlich bis bald liebe Dioni.

Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

Anton was the most amazing host we’ve had in many years of traveling. He personally helped us find the apartment for easy check in, and was super communicative, always replying within minutes. His apartment had all amenities listed and more - snacks and drinks galore. His instructions on the apartment were very clear and detailed and we didn’t have anything we needed to ask him about. The apartment itself was spotless and very large for its location in the middle of the city. Two bedrooms for two couples, each with its own bathroom with all towels and bathroom supplies. We were able to access all major attractions within the city and many restaurants within 10-15min walk. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely stay with him if we visit Athens again. Wir waren für 1 Woche in Athen und zu Gast bei Giorgos. Die Wohnung war modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung, alles sauber und modern. Tolles Bad und auch sehr modern. Giorgos hatte auch ein paar Begrüssungsüberraschungen für den ersten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war beispielhaft und ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Cafe`s und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Gleiches gilt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Gesamtheit 5 Sterne PLUS. Klare Empfehlung und wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Ci siamo fermati a casa di George per una settimana, eravamo in due. La casa corrisponde alle foto, è nuova e arredata con gusto. Il piano inferiore è molto fresco, si dorme bene. L'area cucina altrettanto comoda con un terrazzino dotato di tavolo e sedie/poltrone dove rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla, a 20 minuti circa a piedi si raggiungono strade piene di negozi e ristoranti. In prossimità ci sono baretti e supermercati. Se arrivate in macchina o in moto c'è uno spazio antistante l'abitazione che vi risolve il problema della ricerca parcheggio...in zona sarebbe difficile trovarne. Noi avevamo una Citroen C3 e ci stava benissimo. George sempre disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili su luoghi da visitare o su posti dove mangiare bene la buona cucina greca. Consiglio vivamente.

Fotini's place is wonderful, perfect and cosy place as if we lived in our own flat. This place is located in walkable distance to major areas. Wee enjoyed a lot!

Excellent apartment in a very upscale neighborhood but still walkable to all the touristy spots. Athina was excellent, very responsive and was very accommodating when our flight got delayed by a few hours. The apartment itself is HUGE with amazing furnishings and every amenity that you would need. A Carrefour is right across from the main door which helped a lot in getting the basics. Getting to and from the airport was seamless via a cab, but the Metro stop (Syntagma) is about an 8-10 min walk, if needed. We had an amazing stay and would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Athena with my partner and wow it was so cute!! The perfect place to stay! The host was beyond helpful and helped us check in and was there to show us around the accommodation and check if there was anything missing that we may need. He gave some nice recommendations for local places as we hadn’t visited before. The place was spotless and clean and overall just a beautiful design inside! I loved the fact there was even a mini gym downstairs! The only downside to this great place was the fact there was a school opposite so there were multiple bells that rang throughout the day and the kids could be quite noisy. If you plan to be out exploring during the day this would not be an issue We throughly enjoyed this place and our stay and would definitely recommend : )

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Eine tolle Wohnung, mit viel Platz für die Familie oder für die Freunde! Schöne Lage war mit dem Auto unterwegs und hat noch eine privaten Parkplatz. Der Gastgeber war super nett und zuvorkommend. Immer gerne wieder!

Muy bien acondicionada la casa, con cosas útiles para bebo niño pequeño (cubiertos y platos de plástico, juguetes, ...). Además que la casa estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. Un estancia excelente.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες καθαρό περιποιημένο όλα ήταν άψογα κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες έχει κοντά τα πάντα σούπερ κλπ μας είχαν αφήσει νεράκια και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα καφέ ζάχαρη αλάτι πράγμα πολύ εξυπηρετικό η γειτονιά ήσυχη όλα τέλεια και ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν άψογος αν και δεν χρειαστήκαμε κάτι γιατί είχε προνοήσει για όλα στις οδηγίες εισόδου εξόδου από το κατάλυμα μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ ήταν value for money σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε το ταξίδι μας στην Αθήνα ακόμη πιο ωραίο 👏👏

l'alloggio era perfetto e molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le parti più interessanti della Grecia classica grazie alla posizione centrale vicino a Corinto. nella zona ci sono ottime taverne per mangiare e collegamenti facili con tutte le autostrade. la pulizia dell' alloggio era impeccabile così come i servizi. Mario è stato disponibilissimo fin dall'inizio per ogni nostra richiesta dalla prenotazione fino al check out :) consigliamo vivamente questo posto tranquillo.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ βολική καθώς βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό. Ο κύριος Δημήτρης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός καθόλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, μας εξήγησε λεπτομερώς και τις παροχές του σπιτιού. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Ο χώρος ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες χωρίς καμία απολύτως δυσάρεστη έκπληξη.Οπως επίσης άριστη ήταν και η επικοινωνία με την κ.Γιαννα κάνοντας την διαμονή μας ευχάριστη!

Wäre am liebsten länger dort geblieben! Dieser Aufenthalt und besonders dieses Airbnb hat sich jede Sekunde ausgezahlt! Von der Gastfreundschaftlichkeit der Menschen Vorort aber auch die Unternehmungsmöglochkeiten waren mehr als besonders. Ich empfehle sich einen Roller oder Auto zu mieten und die Insel zu begutachten! Die Hauptstadt Athen war ebenfalls sehr einfach und preiswert zu erreichen. Eine Fahrt mit der Fähre auf welcher man die Umgebung einfach genießen kann und eine Fahrt durch die Straßen Athens mit dem Bus und man ist zum Beispiel bei der Acrapolis, Monastiraki. Würde das nächste Mal wieder dort hinkommen und noch mehr erkunden. Danke für alles !!

They made this stay so incredible! The place was stunning and we truly wish we had more time here in Athens! They helped with local recommendations and were truly exceptional hosts!
