House holiday rentals in Boeotia

This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleni’s. Magical views, very clean and spacious and great deck area to enjoy dinner and a swim. Lots of hiking in the area and easy access to restaurants and shops. Wish we had stayed longer. Overall highly recommended.

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

Lydia’s place is in a spectacular setting and was set up with everything we needed and a lovely selection of welcome food. I arrived with a broken ankle and I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place to hole up with a book and view. Lydia is one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. Incredibly responsive and super kind. Thank you so much.

Incredible location, host and property!!

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Well, Initially, the host is extremely available whenever you ask for him and willing to help and serve in any way he can. Check-in is very easy, and the house is extremely easy to find. Secondly, the accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable, with many amenities available, air conditioning and washing machine and everything works perfectly. Third, the location of the accommodation is excellent, both close to the beach and the center, allowing for many activities. We visited it as 2 people for 4 nights and we were completely satisfied in all areas. I'm sure we'll go for it again in the future!

Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We really recommend this house,so beautiful, so relaxing, with an amazing view. We will always remember this vacation.

Perfect house, beautiful, close to the sea, although outside there is traffic, inside it is very quiet, surrounded by taverns, restaurants, cafes, and beaches, what more do you need? Communication with the hosts is excellent, they recommend everything in the area. We'd love to stay at this property again.

Our stay at Mrs. Maria's house in Steiri was a truly unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, Mrs. Maria's warmth and welcoming welcome made us feel at home. The house is located in a quiet and picturesque hamlet, ideal for those seeking escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while at the same time it is very close to Athens and to a number of well-known (and not only) destinations for day trips. The thoughtful decor of the house, combined with the delicious treats he offered us to welcome, created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. We had a great time, enjoying every moment and every minute we had the opportunity to explore the area. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with personal care and authentic hospitality. We hope we get back out of here!

We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. The hosts were very friendly. Questions were answered promptly and competently. Ideal starting point to explore the island. Again, a heartfelt thank you for the welcome wine provided and for the homemade olives.

Dimitris place was great. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view off the back terraces was amazing. The town is quiet and the people are extremely friendly and kind, we really enjoyed spending time there and getting to know the people. Would definitely revisit. Thanks Dimitris…

The loft was just as advertised. The amenities provided are great. It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any question.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautifully set up and in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host was helpful, always available for anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the fencing of the space. Because we were traveling with our dog it would have been more convenient if it was safer so we could let him go without worry. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. I'm sure we'll be back and highly recommend it!

This place is a little jewel. The view literally took our breath away. Yannis and his father Spiros are such lovely people. They are warm, welcoming, practical and super-responsive. The beds were really comfortable, the linen crispy clean. The towels dazzling white. The beach..... 2 meters from the bottom of the garden. Literally heaven on earth. The wifi, air-conditioning, stove, all the amenities are in perfect working order. Thank you Yannis and Spiros!!!
