Are you planning a trip to Munich City or preparing for a business trip to Munich? Our accommodation offers convenient access to Munich city center and Oktoberfest via the S8 line, making travel easy. From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Bright quiet apartment, 20 minutes to the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

In a few minutes you can reach the U-Bahn station (U6) and the Lufthansa Express Airport bus.

Basement apartment in the countryside, 10 minutes to the fair

Our new basement apartment in a beautiful green location with best connection to the city center, the airport and the fair offers space for 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all important utensils. All rooms have windows, which brings fresh air and lots of light into the apartment.

You will become my small cottage with the stylish, high-quality furnishings and the ideal location to Messe München (+ S-/U-Bahn, tram within 10 min. 5 stops to Marienplatz). Fully furnished apartment with underfloor heating & walk-in shower in a quiet location with its own front door. My place is great for business travelers and project managers with a longer stay in Munich.
