Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bogesund

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

Absolutely amazing place with welcoming and relaxed hosts! We were here for a writing retreat, for which the place was wonderful, but I could definitely see myself spending a week or two during the holidays. Go there, stay there!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We chose this cottage for a team-building retreat, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 6–7 people across its six bedrooms. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and a genuine pleasure to use. With dual sinks, a large stove, and a generous oven, cooking for a group was both easy and enjoyable. The dining area served multiple purposes: perfect for shared meals, productive as a collaborative workspace, and cozy in the evenings for board games. The abundance of candles throughout the house added a warm and inviting atmosphere after sunset. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. A nearby lake, 2 km away on foot, provided a swimming spot for those looking to spend time outdoors. We also made good use of the large outdoor deck, which had ample seating for dining or lounging and soaking up the fresh countryside air. The house has two modern bathrooms, both located on the ground floor. We would happily return!

We had a fantastic stay! Magdalena and Oscar were super friendly, responsive, and welcoming, so everything was easy and smooth. The house is beautiful, with a spacious garden, lovely pool, and a charming greenhouse we really enjoyed. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Would love to come back!

You will need to go there to believe how truly beautiful this place is. We are a family of five and spent a wonderful week on Viggsö Island. We have never had a better host than Harry, extremely friendly, helpful, and always available! We would love to come back one time.

Close to the ferry to Stockholm, a bike rental, and walkable for fit people to all other harbors, a surprisingly well stocked and fair prices super market, and two restaurants. Everyone that we met on the island was super friendly. The hosts were super responsive, helpful and fun to chat to. See you soon!

We had a wonderful time at Jesper's place! My adult daughter and I wanted to see Stockholm but stay somewhere a little more quiet and this lovely home fit the bill perfectly. Everything was exactly as described and Jesper was so friendly, helpful and responsive. The kitchen had every utensil and amenity you could want. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. Beds are comfy with plenty of clean linens. Really appreciated the washer and dryer after a week of traveling before our stay. The brand-new Jacuzzi was a fabulous way to unwind after a day of walking around the city and we loved sitting out on the deck. The vibe was so homey and welcoming. The best part was Leia, the resident cat! Once she warmed up to us, we thoroughly enjoyed her company throughout our stay. Please note that Jesper asked us beforehand if it was OK for her to remain during our visit, and as cat moms ourselves, we were thrilled. I strongly recommend Jesper's property for a relaxing stay in a beautiful place!

I was coming to Stockholm because I was going to see Taylor's concert, because of the flight delay, I was later than I expected, and the key box for the room was broken, so I also met with Serkan, he was very friendly and respectful to me, left after a brief introduction to the room, he didn't even come inside the house, just at the door.This was my first time traveling alone and Serkan's approach made me feel at ease.It was quite late to come back after watching the concert the next day, and it was a little scary to walk the night road alone, but the neighborhood was beyond the tranquility and peace that I thought touched me again and I never felt so light and free.And the bed in the room is also very comfortable, and I slept well.I really enjoyed my two days renting here.If there was a chance I would definitely come again, thank you to the Serkan family for being accommodating, friendly and respectful, I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful apartment in a villa by the lake. Gorgeous setting and peaceful. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop which connects to the metro. Drottnigham palace is a short distance away. Homemade jam butter, flowers and fruit were nice. Highly recommend if you want to be a natural setting but well connected to Stockholm.

Nathalie is a great host. Loved the neighborhood. Her place is very cozy and close to amenities and the bus stop.

Natalie was a great host, we couldn’t have picked a better place. She answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. If we are ever in Stockholm again regardless of area we need to be, we staying at Natalie’s.

Thank you to our hosts for a great stay near Stockholm. It was 20-25 minutes by car to go visit the city. The area was a nice quiet neighborhood and accommodated our family of 5. Great kitchen and space to eat together and relax. The area was great for running as well.

We had a lovely stay at this cabin during our city trip in stockholm. A nice 30 minute drive from a P+R from which we could easily take the metro into the city. Communication was great and instructions were clear. The hosts had a BBQ with some guests but this was mentioned beforehand and we didn’t experience any disturbances. We were unsure about the shower but it turned out to be ok! Beautiful nature nearby🌲

Guans parents who lived there and took care of us were extremely sweet and kind. Offered home-grown and was very helpful. Highest rating!

6 adults stayed in this house for a few days and it was amazing. We had plenty of room and the views were amazing. I would absolutely come back to Linda's place again. The island is nice for walking, swimming, and just relaxing. We took the waxholmsbolaget boat and it was very easy. Wonderful!

We were in the house as a family for 6 nights. We felt right at home. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and directly on a small lake. The booking and communication with Jessica went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

I was with my 3 children or teenagers in Gustav's house and we were absolutely positively surprised! The very friendly contact was absolutely outstanding. Gustav was accommodating to us in everything and also with questions or problems there was quick help! The house actually looks exactly like the pictures, only it is much more beautiful and extremely cozy! A real feel-good place with everything you need! The different terraces with seating areas on different levels, the warm outdoor shower with the best view and the large trampoline are great! Super WiFi. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need. Induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dishes for every occasion. We were dependent on public transport, which of course makes it a bit more complicated, but shopping was also possible (coop daily until 10 pm), the bus stop to Stockholm is about 10 min walk and takes 1 hour. Thank you Gustav, we will be happy to come back

Thomas’ stuga is the perfect hidden gem in the forrest- not too far from Stockholm by car (<1h) but already feeling like a retreat and cosy archipelago atmosphere. Big fan of the sauna and piano and all the different outdoors areas to enjoy barbecue. Felt like staying at a friends’ place for the weekend. Will definitely be back in the future. Tusen tack Thomas!
