This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Outdoor shower to rinse toes and shells, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer/dryer. We provide linens, including beach towels. Each bedroom features a private sink. Regrettably, no pets are allowed.

We are only a 3 minute walk to several shops and restaurants including a seafood market as well as an ice cream parlor. Slightly down the road you can enjoy mini golf, go carts as well as bumper boats.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
