It had a few hiccups on the wifi since the signal might not be as good if you need a very strong one but overall I booked this for my friend who was visiting and they love it. View is amazing and the furnishing is like a hotel. Would highly recommend! Very responsive as well! Thank you!

A perfect place to stay in Minglanilla that’s within a few minutes away from Gaisano Grand Mall. We liked the nice decor in the unit and balcony, which look exactly like the pictures you’ll see on here. We were provided with all of the amenities. And our host Anne was immediately responsive about any inquiries we had. Anne even provided extra garbage bags very quickly when we required more. Additionally, the unit is located in a clean and guarded town square — away from the noises of the main highway. Great restaurants, such as the Americano Grille, and a laundromat are literally a few steps away from the unit in the town square.

The room is super great. Very clean, cozy, the aircon is very cold. Very accommodating host. All requests granted at once. Location is perfect. Definitely we'll check in again when in cebu. Thank you so much for hosting us. God bless po.

Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

The host are very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Although the place is in the City, the place was quiet and peaceful. Transpo: It's easy to go around. You want wait for a trike or book a ride through Maxim. After a tiring day we went to Tubig Dako which is just a few minutes walk. Overall, the price for our stay was really worth it.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and - in contrast to other places - without any insects or other little animals. You also find a hot and powerful shower. Another advantage is that the entrance to the studio is directly near an asphalt street. At other places you often have to use adventurous patches. There are no other guests, only a nearly unvisible Australian pensioner. The garden is very beautiful. However the pool is not here but in a neighbours garden. If you don't want to walk one kilometer to the White Beach (where you can't really swim) during sunshine it's better to have a bike what the owner offers to rent. My favourite beach was at Oceanic Resort where the water is deeper and the beach very clean. There are some mini shops around but it's better to drive to a real supermarket. The famous Alona beach was very disappointing because of the traffic. Be aware that electricity, water and gas is to be paid separately, in my case around one € per day.

The place is clean, cozy and perfectly located. The owner is very welcoming and responsive to our requests and concerns. Also, the place is equipped with home appliances that is very much needed since we used to cook food for breakfast and dinner. One minor note I noticed is that the toilet has no bidet, but no problem though- we bought dipper. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near the restaurants, massage spa and walking distance to Alona Beach.

I chose the host because he was from Korea, but it exceeded my expectations. My trip to Southeast Asia was actually my biggest concern because of the cockroaches. But I was really worried for nothing. The room was exactly as pictured, and it was completely clean, so I asked the owner, and he said that he used a quarantine company to clean it. I'm 200% willing to come here again next time!! I had a great break! Thrive!!

Rizal’s place is the perfect during our short vacation. It is very peaceful so you can have a relaxing sleep after going out for the night. He is also ver helpful and it just feels like we are staying with our Uncle. I can’t wait to stay there again soon!

It's a very nice private hotel with good rooms and facilities. Its location is also convenient. The only drawback is that it's quite noisy because it's on the main street. All in all, the experience was great.

We accidentally met Ms. Rina at the lobby (she was waiting for the previous guests to check out) and we asked her if we can check-in ahead of time. She gladly granted our request and asked us to give them time to prepare the room (as they needed to clean it) which was previously occupied. Her co-host Ms. Bhebz led us to the place, she was very warm in welcoming us and made sure we feel at home. Both hosts were very accommodating and approachable. The place is great, the seaside view is awesome, the kitchen is well equipped, laundry is super easy, the linens are squeaky clean, the living and dining rooms are very cozy. Near to the beach, hotels, grocery, convenience stores, restos, coffee shops. We loved that the place has an indoor daycare area (our toddler enjoyed it well) plus the pool. Overall, the experience was great! What you see is what you get. Worth the money! We'd love to be back again in the future. Kudos to the hosts! Thanks~

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

Location and quality is worth the price

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Exception service from WY! The room was very spacious and clean ( except for some mold in kitchen cabinets). Fresh duvet and big clean fluffy towels. The host is super responsive. Views are great. The furniture was comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the washer , and it was resolved within an hour. Lots of food options , Robinson & 711. WY ‘s standard is exceptional so we book a different room after this booking was complete. Very accommodating!!! Tennis court was available and in decent condition. Great branding one we can trust for future visits. Thank you

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
