Condo holiday rentals in Bohol

First time using AirBnb. Luckily I found a gem of a place. Worth every penny.

The place was very lovely, clean, spacious and is exactly what was seen and described. We had a very comfortable stay with my family. Location was good and transport was accessible. Communication with the host was wonderful and she responds very well despite the time difference. Well managed, five stars!

Great place! The location is close to a lot of things (laundry, coffee, food, etc.) . Would love to stay again!

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

My stay at Rhesa Joy's place was very relaxing. Well set up. Felt like your at home. Internet was fast to watch movies.

We stayed here for Sinulog festival it’s far away from the Main city but it’s a great thing that Fely mentioned it a couple of times during our stay so we are aware and set expectations. We are still able to enjoy the festival and comfortable rest afterwards with this place. Make sure to have your data ready because the WIFI signal is stable. Great place and experience! Our overall stay was beyond comfortable! We were also able to enjoy some of the amenities (swimming pool, sky garden) of the condo. The place is in IT Park so a lot are accessible, even a 7/11 convenience store right beside the entrance of the bldg and a mall nearby. I hope the owners will maintain the cleanliness of this unit for a long time as it was when we stayed for 2 nights. Plus points that this unit has 3 beds! Kudos to their responsive assistance.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the view from the balcony was outstanding! The kitchen was really good & was easily able to cook rice & side dish with the pots & rice cooker! The TV was really good also with Netflix, Disney plus & YouTube a really good bonus having these extra apps. The location of the apartment is really good & within walking distance of many shops & a big metro mall that also has many restaurants & a food court. A big thank you also to the reception & door staff who were very helpful though out my stay. There is also a really good bakery on the ground floor, were you can also get breakfast & lunch. This apartment I highly recommend.

Fantastic Host , great communication and immediate response and support. The 1 bedroom condo was in a fantastic location , well appointed and close to everything that Mactan Newtown has to offer. Thanks Kristine and Rina for making my 1 st visit to Cebu a memorable one.

AllyXander has been one of the great Hosts I've stayed on an Airbnb so far. Auntie Mercy who helped us checked in and out is a very nice person who maintained the place in very good condition. We've enjoyed our stay during 1st of January. Guards are very welcoming and very helpful in finding the place for us. Recommended for family who's planning to have some small games in the listing like pinot henyo.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
