Monthly Rentals in Boice Hill

House was perfect and very comfortable for two families to stay. The kids (aged 6-8) loved exploring the property, playing on the rope swing, and evening movie nights in the cozy living room (with a closed door so parents could chat in the kitchen downstairs). The adults enjoyed unwinding at the outdoor enclosed fire pit, the really comfy beds, and the amazing kitchen!

Anthony is an amazing host!!!!! He is very responsive and proactive, he even picked up a package for me before I got there and placed it on the inside. The home is quiet, it’s part of the owners home but you would never know because there was perfect silence and respect. We did see the garden being tended to and that made me feel a little more at home😊 I loved it even more because the home is surrounded by beautiful trees and foliage. I would definitely go back

Lovely cottage and a perfect location if you’ll be at Omega Institute which is 4 minutes away. Close to Rhinebeck Village too. Beautiful grounds and well appointed home. Extremely clean and well planned space. Comfortable bed, soft linens. Spacious kitchen made meal prep easy and when I asked about a blender the host was very responsive and a new blender was waiting for me on the porch. Really restful place with a private and calming back porch. Very serene property. I cooked dinner instead of going out on Saturday night because the space is so welcoming and relaxing, especially after a long day of classes at Omega. Comfortable sofa, wool throw, and Netflix. A perfect evening. Would love to stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The lakefront view was so beautiful. Mary Ann thought of everything. The new studio was super clean and pretty, with sitting areas inside and outside to enjoy the view and the wine and plentiful snacks that Mary Ann provided for us. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.
