The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is a great host. We hope to return soon.

The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

The apartment is very comfortable and has the basics necessary for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on the beach. The parking facility in front of Camburizinho beach is a very special item. The view from the apartment window is very beautiful and comforting, with the forest and the sea at the bottom.

Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on-site. We were in 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for both of us. The condominium is great, seems to be safe and has many leisure options. The access to the beach is quiet, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The point of the beach is very cool, with good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and ducha have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, so no problems. The condominium's umbrella service is also great with 10 employees. I have absolutely nothing to complain about hosting. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always replying very quickly. It would definitely return .

Wlamir's service was excellent. He allowed us to check in earlier and even check out later. He always kept in touch with us and made it easy for us to do everything we could in the house. 100% recommended

Lavinia is a great host and her place is absolutely fantastic. Everything went well and I super recommend. It was just a pity they didn’t allowed to have my uncle and aunt that were hosted in a hotel nearby to enter in the condo to have a dinner with us, which I think was too drastic and from a person renting a full house I would like to be able to. Everything else was just fine.

The house is excellent: clean, organized and very well cared for. The towels and bedding were fragrant and in excellent condition. You have comfortably accommodated our group of 8 people. The condominium is sensational, with several leisure options, in addition to being very beautiful and quiet. All guests enjoyed their stay. The house is on the last streets of the condominium, but it is possible to go by car to the entrance and cross the avenue to the beach easily. We highly recommend it!

The house is excellent and the condominium is wonderful. The highlight of the house is the support of Lene, who was super cool and helped us feel at home. Clean pool, good barbecue and the condominium with many things to do. The house is at the end of the condo, but there are vacancies from the condo itself near the beach to drive us.

Great place,all photos match description!!! Quiet and private place,the house is a cute one full of details that remind you of good energy. Frederica a sweetheart,always responded very quickly, and was present all the times that were needed. The wordless beach, crystal clear sand water and an absurd peace, it has no infrastructure to take everything you need, but I like the tranquility I thought it was perfect ! Just thank Frederica for all the attention and say one by later,because soon we'll be back. Note. The house is practically foot in the sand,not even a 5-minute walk
