The house was renovated in 2023 (it was built by a local), and I only improved a few necessary things. On the island, there are only tractors and quadricycles (which cannot be driven in the middle of the Villa). If you come by car, you can take the boat in GRACIOSA. There is parking nearby. On the island, we only have a cesspool and an open dump. It is prohibited to throw PAPER/PADS in the toilet (the guest will be responsible for the expense, without exception). Both en-suite bedrooms have air conditioning. And there is Bedroom linen and towels.

The 15,000 m2 area has 7 dwellings, all well spaced, which guarantees plenty of privacy. It accommodates up to 6 people and has a bedroom and mezzanine, a bathroom and kitchen. We have our library, Wi-Fi and pets are welcome, as long as you let us know in advance

The house is located on a hill above the beautiful village of moreré. The modern and eco friendly design allows a beautiful natural breeze to enter the space. We also have a rain water harvesting system and the quad bikes bring you until the entrance of the house. The house has one bedroom and one open living room, a beautiful private garden and stunning ocean views. It’s a 10 min walk to the closest beach and a 8 min walk to the village. Come and enjoy the beautiful house and near by beaches.

The chalet has a kitchen, bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double mattress and a fan. The chalet is made of 100% recycled wood. Because Boipeba is a place with a nearby forest, we bear the consequence of having to deal with many mosquitoes. The chalet has a mosquito net and also a fan. But because it is a chalet with gaps, it is recommended to use repellent when in the kitchen and also in the hammock. THE SHOWER IS NOT ELECTRIC. Allow yourself and be open to new experiences. ✨

Perfect place to rest. Quiet, in the middle of nature. The island is magical, the people are receptive and the place is safe. The house was made to enjoy nature to the fullest, valuing open spaces and simplicity. 750 meters from the village and the beach. It has 2 double beds and room for 2 more mattresses. I don't always have these extra mattresses, if you need them, please check beforehand.
