What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The best host I have had since using this app. Very kind, generous, responsive, understanding and polite. The place was nice and clean, the host allowed early check in and a very late check out due to personal emergency situation with no questions asked free of charge. The host is very quick at responding to messages. The accomodation has a BBQ area for if people wanting stay indoor to have BBQ in the garden, the garden is lovely with lots of plants and a really nice seating area. The house inside is full of modern amenities which you could need. One of the days we stayed was really hot in the city but by the time we got back to the accomodation the host had already left fans for each room without us even asking for them. That's was one host who is very thoughtful, proactive, kind and considerate. Definitely would use this host again and recommend to anyone with a family, friends or group of multiple people. Plus very close to metro.

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Kevin's apartment is beautiful. I felt at home! The location is perfect. It's a place full of beautiful businesses around the corner. You'll find everything you need for a nice stay! You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe or if you prefer, take the subway, which is also very close!! My husband and I were very happy and we will book it again on a future trip to Paris!! We loved our stay at Darlene's, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the place, which looked smaller in the photos, a nice surprise. All the equipment worked perfectly. You can go there without so much as a second thought

My two sisters n I had a grand time in Paris. One huge bonus was martine’s place we chose to stay. It’s right outskirts of busy Paris downtown n yet only two stations away on Metro from city center. Neighborhood is quiet, convenient( groceries, restaurents n metro station all within short distance). House is clean n well equipped. Instructions were clear plus a very friendly reception. One draw back was we had hard time finding channels to watch tv. But who’s coming to Paris to watch tv anyway? Didn’t use sleep sofa; can’t comment on that. Definitely will use it again as opportunity arises.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Maria Victoria and Hubert were lovely hosts from start to finish. They made sure we arrived safely even though it was very late at night, left us the most beautiful welcome champagne, and were proactive about details of our booking that were different than advertised before we arrived. The bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment could not have been more cozy and adorable, and we enjoyed having a relaxing bath in the tub. This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.
