New 35 m² cozy cottage "La Grange", fully equipped, on a nice green corner where you can rest in peace, no neighbors and 5 min from Jonzac. You will find all the shops, ideal spa guests (7 min away) Casino, West Indies water park, the convention center and leisure base. Beaches in less than 45 min. "The cottage is for 2 adults, and the sofa can only be used for 2 children, please. "Special rate for spa guests: €750 to 850/3 weeks depending on the period. (not summer)

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
