Pleasant weekend I would highly recommend If you are looking for calm and serenity, you are in the right place. No neighbors, really very quiet. Pleasantly surprised because the location made me "scared" in the sense that the area is a "neighborhood" but in the end nothing negative to say As for the condition of the apartment, it matches the photos and description. We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie and Thierry’s apartment. We were still jet lagged 4 days into our trip and their place offered a peaceful haven to rest while being close to everything. The double pane windows and black-out blinds allowed us to sleep in, and the apartment being on the first floor, it had remained pretty cool despite the very hot weather. We walked to the downtown in 10 minutes. Parking was a breeze!

The accommodation is clean and functional, and it is well located because it is close to bus lines to reach both the city center of Rouen and the universities. The services offered also make it possible to cook, which is really nice. In addition, the accommodation is very well soundproofed and despite the presence of the road nearby, I did not hear the ballet of cars. In addition, the PassPass system proposed by M&A Conciergerie is really useful and allows you to concentrate all the rules to be adopted within the accommodation, which allows you to set a clear framework and quickly access information.

We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Claire's apartment. it is located in a quiet area very close to the main sights of Rouen. it is easily walkable to get to museums, restaurants and stores. Rouen is a very attractive and historic city, with plenty to do. The apartment is itself historic and very creatively decorated. I highly recommend Claire's Airbnb!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. I highly recommend it.

Extremely qualitative apartment. Very secure residence even for cars. This is rare, but it must be recognized that the stay was even better than what the photos showed. Really nice apartment, I would come back without hesitation.

Amazing accommodation, everything matches the photos, large apartment. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, even a first aid kit, which turned out to be relevant, because I hurt my leg, and we arrived on Saturday evening and the pharmacy was closed. Compact yet clean and complete apartment. Well located. Perfect shower.

Check-in was no problem overall. The location was fine, but the immediate surroundings are not very pretty. However, you are in the center of Rouen in 10 minutes by bus, so this is no problem. Somewhat unfortunate was that it was not very well cleaned (dust and hair in the closet, not well vacuumed). Some items in the apartment are slightly damaged (jump in the mirror, towel rack and toilet paper holder loose). The sofa is also very tight with 3 people. But overall, it's a very solid place to stay for a few days.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

This was a great place, so much space and so great for 5-6 people. Very clean! The beds were very comfortable and location was perfect. Jean-luc was very responsive and helpful.
