Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

You get a queen bed, twin sofa sleeper, full kitchen, and a comfy place to land between shifts or adventures. It’s older and has quirks, but it’s stocked, walkable, and budget-friendly. Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy hand-made style with our eclectic "in-law" apartment. Entirely separate from the main house, enjoy complete privacy. We are located near both Boise's famous foothills and Boise river green-belt. It's an excellent landing pad for visiting friends and relatives, or for checking out the town. We also have loaner bicycles available in adult and kid sizes for exploring. FYI as of now there is no TV but wifi access is good.

Beautiful and newly renovated basement apartment, very clean. You can bike or walk to downtown Boise or historic Hyde Park with easy access to coffee, restaurants, shopping, parks, foothills and a major medical center. We have two bikes, ready for you, with locks, and helmets. The apartment is located in a historic district with canopy tree lined streets and historic homes. We live above the apartment, you will hear footsteps and other sounds of living.

Remodeled in 2022, and professionally designed with your comfort in mind - Our guests tell us it's LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Relax in an oasis with abundant light and surrounded by mature trees. Ski at Bogus and come home to soak in a shared hot tub. Quick access to the greenbelt. Our guests rave about the sheets and the nicely stocked kitchen with fresh coffee & creamer for the morning. This property will make you wish you could stay longer.
