This completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is nestled nicely in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. It's 15 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from the Airport. Plenty of outdoor space. Relax on the patio, BBQ, or help yourself to juicy blackberries right off the vine (July-August)! There's plenty of parking, including space for RVs or other toys. ***Note: In March 2021 work was completed on the underground utilities. The yard is in recovery mode and can be a bit muddy if wet.

North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. So much of Boise is accessible by bike. My minimum stay is 5 nights. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. I do charge a fee with a maximum of 2 dogs.

It has historic charm dating back to 1904; originally a single family home with a neighborhood store from 1909 to 1925; then converted into a duplex in the 1930s. Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.
