It is bright, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom upstairs. Guests can take advantage of an outdoor area with garden furniture and parking.

23 m² studio ideally located for spa guests or for discovering Montrond and its surroundings. Everything is close by, shops, restaurants, weekly market (on Thursdays) a 5-minute walk away. Baths, Les Iléades and their Park (less than 15 minutes walk). Tourist Office a 5-minute walk away. It is located on the first floor without elevator and is close to free public parking. Linens and towels provided. Not recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet. Attention non-smoking accommodation!
