We had an excellent weekend as a family celebrating a birthday. Spacious, beautiful, very green, and ventilated. It was an incredible experience, everyone loved it and praised the choice of location.

Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Super Solicit, whimsical and delicious cuisine! Our experience with this home was great ! I highly recommend

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outside area. Since the host does not charge a cleaning fee, the house is not as clean as that. I would prefer if I included the cleaning fee.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

I believe it was the best accommodation ever rented by our family! Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! We will return with great pleasure and indicate!

I stayed in the minicasa truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable place and everything very well organized, the wonderful hydro massage, a delicious place to make a barbecue and the coffee available in the very good kitchen, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. A Michele and César super attentive and receptive! The stay exceeded my expectations, I recommend that you come to know, for those who seek a quiet environment for rest, something totally different from a conventional accommodation, come to live is a unique experience with family or friends!

The stay was great, very nice apartment, easy to enter the condominium and the apartment without much bureaucracy. Quiet place, great for spending a few days. The sun shines in the apartment practically all day. In the morning, at the kitchen and bedroom windows, and in the afternoon, on the balcony and in the living room. The condominium is also great with complete infrastructure. We will definitely be back, we really liked the tranquility and the view from the windows too. We loved it! Some things that were in the ad were missing, but nothing that caused major problems.

Myself and my family stayed at Karina and Rafael's apartment and it was a very positive experience. The apartment is like the ad,very airy and very clean too. First-line linens, as well as the mattresses. It was very easy to arrive and check in/check out. Rafael was very kind and attentive, as well as Karina. The apartment has easy access to the tourist attractions of Itu, as well as the Highway, which made our commute easier. Although the second room does not have air conditioning,the room's appliance can cool it,which has not impacted our lodging at all. I highly recommend the apartment of Karina and Rafael.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Complete kitchen in utensils and equipment. The internet worked perfectly and smarttv with all channels for us to add our accounts. Kind, responsive host with perfect guidance. Attention to those who need accessibility: The place where we parked the car inside the property is at a level above the social area, needing to go down a staircase.
