Holiday rentals with a patio in Bolivia

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view of the countryside is fantastic. Except in the bedroom, there is hardly any power outlets. If you have to work in the living room, it's a bit difficult with power supply. If you don't need it, it doesn't bother you. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Modern, nice flat. The highlight is the pool and the roof Terrasse; great opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful view or to have barbecue. The apartment could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen a little better equipped (e.g. coffee machine, wine glasses etc). Communication with the host was excellent, we got many good recommendations. We would definitely come back!

My experience in this home was great. The host was very kind, attentive and always willing to help. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and fully equipped (kitchen, microwave, blender, hygiene products, etc.), which made me feel at home. The location of the condominium is ideal: central, close to supermarkets, shopping centers and with easy access to the old town. In addition, the place is very safe, with security in the building and controlled access. The common facilities (pool, heated pool, sauna) were in very good condition and well maintained. The condominium staff was always professional and polite. It was definitely a nice stay. I recommend this accommodation with total confidence and would not hesitate to return.

Juan Pablo is an excellent host and is very attentive. He helped us out with communications with taxi services and others. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend. The apartment is in a great location and easy to access the center of the city.

Excellent condominium in a great location of Santa Cruz. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores and even a mall is within walking distance. The condominium looks pristine, exactly as the pictures show. The balcony view is stunning, and most important Ysela is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had to spontaneously book a night and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 o'clock at night. In addition, the property is close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also well equipped, even with a hair dryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

The place is perfect for getting to know the historic center of Sucre. It is easy to get anywhere, there are good restaurants nearby and it is a short distance from the terminal. You don't hear noise from the street, the beds are suitable for resting, the terrace is chill and the kitchen is cool. The bathroom is downstairs but it's not a problem, it's private. The Host is great, has good communication and is very friendly. For the price, it is highly recommended!!!!!

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal churrasquera space. Without asking Jorge offered us to change the date if we wanted due to the rains but we decided to stay, and the next day we had to go he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" very nice too and all the spaces that had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

No doubt a modern apartment, in a quiet area and with the comforts I was looking for! it is in an area with beautiful views especially to the cristo de la concord, a supermarket in the same block and those who like to walk is not far from the city center. Felt like my own apartment, a comfortable experience in a beautiful city

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!
