The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayaking departures along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach as well as Trier, the oldest city in Germany are only 10 or 30 minutes drive away. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Surrounded by breathtaking views, this private modern lower ground studio with natural light is in a peaceful location for a visit to this beautiful region! There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.
