The house is located in the middle of the climatic health resort Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 min. walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayak descents along the Sauer are only 10 min. further in Dilliningen/Luxemburg possible! Echternach and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are only 10 and 30 minutes away respectively. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old forester's house & alpacas
