A nice little house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is located with forest, mushrooms, berries and lake around the corner. Fishing licenses are redeemed on site, boat can be rented for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to ski and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days, SEK 1000. The house is adjacent to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and are happy to offer stories and information about the area. You are very welcome to rent with us

Genuine Småland cottage near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

It offers spacious space for your entire family, tranquil scenery framed in your windows, a crystal fresh water lake 50m away for swimming and fishing. There are also canoeing, trekking and museums trips nearby to stay active and connected to nature. 💫

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
