Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bolton

The cottage is lovely in a quiet forest area with a gorgeous view. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage and new appliances, including a coffee bar and a variety of small appliances. There is a great selection of great cookware. The interior decor is very pleasant and the bed comfortable. Young guests will love the sleeping loft. The crown jewel is the deck overlooking the grounds with a great view of the lake. Unlike Lake George properties we have stayed at where they have nightly parties, etc. David's Place and other properties surrounding Glen Lake are quiet and encourage you to relax and just ENJOY! We did!

Jared’s place was perfect for our short weekend getaway on the motorcycles. We came in a little early and it was raining and he allowed us to check in early which was great. The house itself was just as described and spotless! Overall had a great experience and will definitely be staying there if we come back to the area!

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Leo & Michelle’s Lake house is great! Awesome spot with fantastic views off the lake. Close to Lake George & Saratoga Springs. Very quiet and relaxing. There was everything we needed for a lovely stay.

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our time at Dream Lake! The place was spotless, the accommodations were comfortable and Patrick and Becky were attentive! Location couldn’t be better. And what can we say about the outdoor spaces..from the patio, fire pit, and the dock…Wonderful! Shout out to the family of geese that kept us entertained!

That was a peaceful vacation with my family. First and foremost, the house was spotless clean. There were plenty of toys for my six-year-old niece to enjoy. Kevin had a keen eye for detail, and we had everything guests needed for a comfortable stay. The lake was also a highlight of the trip. We went canoeing, and it was a truly enjoyable experience in that picturesque setting. I hope we can return soon.

The easiest 5 stars I've ever given! It's my family's 5th year coming to the Stone Lodge and it's our favorite trip of the year. From the bald eagles nesting across the lake from you, and the private sandy beach, to the fire pits at night, and the kayaks out on the lake, it's just the perfect spot. Amazing hosts too! Cannot wait to return again for a 6th time to make even more memories.

Incredible location and beautiful, peaceful little house! Mike, Sharon, & Andrue were incredibly responsive and helpful will all questions and could not ask for a better host throughout the weekend! The location, close to the lake, and the amenities were perfect for a weekend getaway and cannot wait to be back again in the near future! Would recommend to all!

David and Kristine’s lake house was the PERFECT spot for a family getaway. Lots of room in the house for us to be comfortable and spend time in depending on the weather and the yard on the lake was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of boats, fishing rods, and outdoor games for everyone to enjoy together. Tons of games in the house. Clean and looks exactly like the photos. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great little cabin for the price point. Kitchen was fully equipped sans a spatula. Plenty of comfortable seating and clean linens. Bring paper towels to make cleaning it up a little easier.

Heathers Cottage was just we were looking for. The dock and waterside camp chairs were a great way to enjoy the peaceful Loon Lake. We did have rain during our stay and found ourself stuck indoors but this was no obstacle at all. The cottage had a book for everyone’s liking, many different board games and a TV as well, the time flew by! Can’t wait to return back to enjoy the get-a-way from city life!

Tucked away on a private road, this place was perfect for some rest and relaxation. My daughter and I spent our short time there sitting by the lake, shopping at the outlets and just doing nothing (which was the point of this getaway). I would definitely stay again!

My husband, another couple and our two pups had a wonderful time at the cottage. We absolutely loved the access to the lake (note that you have to cross a road but it’s a very quiet one, not much cars), it’s private beach, and enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board. The place has comfortable bedding, extremely well furnished kitchen and is only a few minutes from stunning lake George and the lovely town of Bolton Landing. Be aware of mosquitoes! The host warned us before our arrival and had extra repellent for us to use! Michelle was extremely responsive to all our questions and even came late at night to help us troubleshoot an issue with the fans! Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a peaceful nature retreat!

This was our family’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing as the 1st. The cabin is super clean, the kitchen is packed with more than you’ll ever need to prepare meals, the back porch views are totally so worth the 10+ hour drive. We absolutely love this place. Thank you, Beebee Farm, for helping to make some of our family’s most cherished memories! We hope to return soon!

This lovely cabin was just perfect in every way! The house itself was very private, nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need and more to enjoy every part of the property. We enjoyed the three season porch and the interior fireplace the most where we lounged for hours in between walking to and from Sacandaga Lake to the property's dedicated access area. Though it rained all weekend, we could not have found a more quiet, serene and peaceful place to spend a long holiday weekend. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

Perfect family get together at this lake house. Stunning take views throughout the first floor, great outdoor areas and kayaks. Huge dining room table that can seat 12. Location is great. Quick access to town, charming store a short walk away that has all the essentials, and a boat rental place that’s super close by if you want to take advantage of the lakefront dock (which we did). The upstairs got a little warm but otherwise was a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay great views great bidet! Quick and easy drive to gore mountain and lake George!

This place was so beautiful! We loved kayaking. It had everything we needed and more - a sharp knife in an airbnb is something we really appreciate!

Such a beautiful and comfortable place for our group to stay at. The beds were super comfortable, it was very relaxing. We spent time enjoying the hot tub and fire pit as well. Came in for a wedding at the Mountaintop Resort, with that being a 6 minute drive, we had nothing to worry about with time. There is a cute general store a couple mins up the road and Rutland isn't far for bigger needs. Nicole was very proactive on giving us all the instructions we needed to check in and plenty of recommendations for the area. There are little gems in the house that were hidden in plain site which added to the charm. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I absolutely would stay at their property again!!

Had a great stay! The deck space was a great spot to hangout and the lake access made the weekend so much fun!

We had a lovely stay at Ed & Donna’s cabin in Johnsburg. They both were very welcoming and even gifted a bottle of wine so we could enjoy it on top of Rocky Knob, a 10 min hike from the cabin with a beautiful view of the ADK mountains. They even have a couple of chairs and a small table on the top - very relaxing and you feel like you’re the only one for miles. The cabin is super comfortable and has everything you need. We were able to take a long afternoon nap on a rainy afternoon - perfect! The cabin is nearby North Creek that has some antique stores, cafes, and a Tops Supermarket. We did the Revolution Rail Bike trip and had a blast! We then were treated to “Arts & Eats” at the Tannery Pond Community Center - a gorgeous facility that hosted a buffet of dishes from a local cookbook and a wonderful concert by Dan Berggren, a spectacular folk singer and storyteller. We were only able to scratch the surface of all the area has to offer. We will definitely be back. Thanks Donna & Ed!

A beautiful cozy cabin. Easy to use electronic lights, shades, wood-burning, stove, and speakers. Comfortable beds, exactly what I was looking for! Back porch was lovely with the lights at night. Loved listening to the birds. It was a lovely peaceful weekend.

I had such a peaceful stay at this incredibly charming spot. I brought my dog, Clover, and we spent nearly every moment on the deck, soaking up the view of the lake and watching the birds. The setting was serene, quiet, and just what I needed to reset. The home itself was cozy and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’m so grateful for the care that went into this place, it truly felt like a little lakeside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

We’re grateful to have Bonnie hosting us for a weekend gateway. She is indeed a great host, responsive and provided clear instructions ahead of our stay. The cabin was pristine! Just as described in the posting. Its private setting was perfect for a quiet getaway. Our son left his glasses in the cabin, Bonnie superbly communicated with us, fund the glasses and above all mailed it with insurance to us. Can’t say thank you enough! Nice place, nicer host!!
