Beautiful apartment and place...quiet to relax and if you take a few blocks you have the whole move for who likes to be more active. Carlos who attended us in the real estate agency super friendly and very good disposition...luckily we don't need to communicate at all...only the day we were going to know how to probe to deliver the keys...we would come back without a doubt...the apt. has everything you need

The location is wonderful. The safe and accessible environment to walk. Daniel is very organized and predisposed at all times. The view from the dining room and the lighting is what we liked the most. Silence at night and during the day everything accessible to buy and get to know. We were uncomfortable arriving and there was no toilet paper or cleaning supplies. The old, broken broom. I suggest keeping them in windows, it was very difficult to close them and in some we could not. We feel insecure about this, as the only bars are in place, but they are loose. The door handle often came out and the entrance was with codes. It was often uncomfortable to go out. We had a wonderful time! We would return without hesitation.

Our stay was great! We want to thank Erickson and his wife, who are excellent hosts. We were greeted with a wonderful fruit and chocolate treat and the temperature in the apartment was super pleasant. Our communication was perfect, from the detailed pre-information for the trip and follow-up during it. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, it was clean and had all the items we needed. It is very close, on foot, to the central beach. And the other beaches are very close by car. Bombinhas is amazing and it was super worth it!

From the beginning the service was excellent, both from Florence and Fernando. The apartment is as it is in the photos, we got there it was super clean and smelling. It has kitchen utensils and complete appliances. The structure of the condominium is good, everything clean and organized. For those with a small child the pool is great. Fernando super attentive in the messages, as well as Florencia, as they responded super fast. Perfect service. We'll definitely be back. Just gratitude.

Great residential district, very cozy , we stayed with me and my wife in the new year and we like it very much, I recommend it to those who want a quiet place and to rest!

We love the accommodation very much, very complete apartment, clean, spacious! The location is great for those who seek rest and less hectic, however, a car is necessary to move to the best beaches in the region. Unfortunately we had bad luck of missing light two nights we were there, which greatly harmed our rest due to the excessive heat of the region, we understand that it is not Airbnb's fault, nor the owner of the ap, but on dates such as carnival the overcrowding of the region entails high energy demand and consequently lack it. But our days in Bombinhas were perfect! Thanks to Gustavo, our host who helped us at every point in the listing!

Excellent accommodation! the location was very good, the apartment was clean and tidy and was just as seen in the photos. It had all the amenities, the beautiful beach, the condominium quiet and safe. Jhonatan is very kind, responds quickly and is always available.

Estadia was otima, the location of the apartment is excellent and in the building there are several things to do as a gym, sauna, pool, heated pool and playground. Carlos answered everything quickly, we were able to enter before the agreed time and the apartment is very well equipped with useful items including beach chairs, cart and cooler. I recommend and will return again times.1

We loved the place , and beautiful and a very quiet little corner without a mess or very crowded with people because it was a carnival holiday surprised me. The caretaker Naninha and her husband were great at us meeting everything we need. the place is really beautiful of the will to live there . Super recommend ✔️

Very nice apartment and with everything new as in the listing! Very nice building and well located! We missed towels and sheets, these items were not mentioned in the listing whether they were available or not! We missed floor cloths, dish towels, and bathroom and kitchen rugs! In conversation with them, they told us they had problems with previous guests! You need to have more of these items! But overall our stay was great! We were super satisfied!

I just have to say thank you! Wonderful stay. My family and I had a very welcoming and flexible reception. The apartment is very comfortable and close to the beach and to markets. We take great advantage of the pool and the game room as well. All great! Recommend!
