This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 1 week and everything was amazing. Amanda is a sweetheart, responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is super cared for, clean and practical. With a hairdryer, beach chairs and sunshine and everyday utensils. I felt at home and I will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great stay, quiet and beautiful place, everything well organized, we felt at home, close to the center and the beach, we loved it, we will come back more often🥰

I spent 4 days with my wife in this little piece of paradise. WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!! The apartment is outrageously beautiful and cozy. The view is a spectacle in itself, a panoramic apartment by the sea, in all the rooms it seems that you are practically in the water, without words! We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.

New, clean, organized, super-equipped and quiet apartment. Great location for central tourist spots and the hospital area. Bruna has always been very solicitous, attentive and resolute. I highly recommend it and will return when necessary. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

What a wonderful place, nature is an immersion, with gorgeous natural pools, breathtaking views, indeed freshwater houses is stunning! We stayed myself, my husband and my dog billy in the Lotus house and I have nothing to complain about, Cristina and her children from the very beginning have passed clear and objective instructions, all the staff are very attentive and polite, they have welcomed us very well. I only get compliments, recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cumbuco! The place is simply beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea. The apartment is sandy foot, super private, comfortable and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is excellent, perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nature with peace of mind. The only observation is that the beach in front has strong waves, which may not be ideal for children or those looking for a calmer sea, but for those who like to watch the sea or play sports like kitesurfing, it is a true paradise. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
