Conveniently located, 7 miles to the Gulf beaches , 4 1/2 miles to Tanger Outlet, 7 miles to The Wharf and only 24 miles to the beautiful town of Fairhope.

This peaceful condo is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor condo at Dolphin Villas with a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access. A plenty of restaurants are very close(TackyJack’s,OysterHouse,Lulu’s…) There is a grocery store and Walmart very close also.You can go near by water park, visit the Wharf, OWApark or Fort Morgan, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or spend the day relaxing on the beach.

Turquoise Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage. Guests will have access to a private fishing pier which is a 3-5 minute walk. This property is 15 minutes from Foley, and Gulf Shores.

Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

It takes 3-5 minutes from your condo to be standing on the beach. Walk safely across with traffic light by us.
