Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

In an idyllic setting In the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees, Chez Chloé and Rémi, 2 km above the picturesque small village of Galey... Small fully equipped private room (kitchen, bathroom, covered outdoor terrace, garden) adjoining our house. Come and recharge your batteries in a breathtaking setting, a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, facing the peak of Calabasse and the Mail de Bulard. Arrival on foot in 10 minutes by a pretty path through the woods.

Chalet au coeur des montagnes.

Relax in the wilderness with views of the mountain peaks (Mont Vallier 2800 m). The village, facing south, is at an altitude of 1000 m. A furnished chalet (15 m2) will welcome you with its simple, noble and clean comfort in a pleasant flowery garden. The bathroom is right in the small cottage next door. Paid massages available. Balacet is a starting point for hikes. It is accessible by car year-round. 15 minutes from Castillon (shops) and 30 minutes from Saint Girons.

Apartment in a workshop

We provide a small apartment in the heart of the village, in the Biros Valley, inside a 500m2 building transformed into a workshop. The ground floor consists of workshops, on the R+1 there are two rooms: living room/kitchen and one bedroom with a double bed, with a small bathroom and toilet. On the R+2, there is our dwelling where we live year-round. The apartment is self catering with all the comforts for cooking. We'll be happy to give tips on hiking around.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Want to take a break in the heart of the Ariège Regional Natural Park? We welcome you with joy in this newly renovated barn located 800 m above sea level facing the Pyrenees mountain range. For nature lovers: - Close to many hiking trails (including the GR10) - About 30 minutes from Guzet ski resort. - Possibility of swimming in the natural pools of the Salat. For shopping: shops 10 minutes by car and markets including Saint-Girons.

Charming cottage typical of the Ariégeoise Pyrenees

The "La Borde" cottage is an old barn typical of the Ariégeoise Pyrenees located at the entrance to the village of Antras. It has a sunny location and a magnificent view of the mountains facing the Maubermé. In front of the cottage you will have a small terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to fully enjoy the countryside setting. Access to the cottage is via a small pedestrian path (20 meters from the road).
