Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti da Porto Rotondo, 25 minuti da Porto Cervo e 10 minuti da Golfo Aranci. L'aeroporto è distante solo 15 minuti

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. Near the villa there are many leisure activities – also for families. Sailing and surfing can be done in Isola Rossa or Santa Teresa di Gallura, a diving base and boat rental are located directly in Costa Paradiso.
