"La Ferme" in the quiet hamlet of La Bourdère

In 2002, we fell in love with La Bourdère. A hamlet without water, without electricity, buildings in their original state. Little by little, our renovation is transforming the hamlet. Located in a secluded and hilly corner, with a view of a 12th century chapel surrounded by cypress trees, it is ideal for nature lovers. The surrounding landscape is ideal for walking or cycling. 3 km away: small store. 8 km away: Vic-Fezensac, Tempo Latino and Pentecost festivals. 35 km away: Marciac, jazz festival.

La Donne is a beautifully restored farmhouse designed for calm, memorable stays in Gascony. Set in private gardens with vineyard views towards the Pyrénées, it offers the space and comfort to slow down, dine outside and enjoy French country living. Whilst remaining peaceful and secluded, it's close to historic villages, markets, swimming lakes, excellent restaurants and a just few minutes drive from a nearby water park. Quietly beautiful, it's relaxed, rural France without feeling remote.

Le moulin est excentré mais situé à 10min de Lectoure et Fleurance, 15min de Castéra Verduzan et 20min de Condom. Pleins de petits villages atypiques à découvrir loins des grandes villes.

Ground-floor apartment in the heart of the village

Le logement se situe au coeur du village, proche de tous les commerces. Au rez de chaussée d'une copropriété avec un appartement au dessus. Il se compose de trois chambres, dont deux chambres équipées d'un lit en 140 et une avec deux lits en 90. Une cuisine équipée. Grand salon très lumineux donnant sur la salle à manger, le canapé est convertible. Terrasse couverte et un petit jardin enherbé d'environ 50 M² (le jardin n'est pas encore investi mais accessible.) Abris voiture.

You will enjoy the private garden with terrace, surrounded by fields and vines. Quiet awaits you.
