In 2002, we fell in love with La Bourdère. A hamlet without water, without electricity, buildings in their original state. Little by little, our renovation is transforming the hamlet. Located in a secluded and hilly corner, with a view of a 12th century chapel surrounded by cypress trees, it is ideal for nature lovers. The surrounding landscape is ideal for walking or cycling. 3 km away: small store. 8 km away: Vic-Fezensac, Tempo Latino and Pentecost festivals. 35 km away: Marciac, jazz festival.

Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Grand salon très lumineux donnant sur la salle à manger, le canapé est convertible. Terrasse couverte et un petit jardin enherbé d'environ 50 M² (le jardin n'est pas encore investi mais accessible.) Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.
