Villa Amena is the ideal residence for those who love large, quiet spaces close to the city: Mantua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for years. The beautiful terrace and surrounding garden allow for moments of relaxation outdoors. The interiors are cozy and thoughtful. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, free WI-FI, TV, CD player and mosquito nets . As you may have noticed, there is no washing machine among the available amenities, but there is a self-service laundry not far away.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Giulia in the Woods

Rustic-style apartment with independent access inserted in a building in the countryside not far from the historic center (650 m, 8-minute walk) and the Po River (2.5 km) reachable on foot or by bicycle. For nature lovers and for those who want to enjoy outdoor country spaces in total relaxation. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and even more. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodations, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals, and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. The house is complete with all the comforts, it is in a great location close to many amenities. Convenient to park your car in front of the house or in front, without prohibitions. It is about 25 minutes from RCF Arena, an outdoor facility for concerts and shows. It is about 20 minutes from the Reggiolo/Rolo highway exit and the Pegognaga exit, about 25 minutes from the Reggio Emilia exit. For those traveling by plane, it is an hour from Bologna and Verona airports.
