New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The guesthouse is 32 m2, divided into a living room with tea kitchen and dining table, as well as a room with a bed that is 140x200 cm and a bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen there is a mini oven with hot plates, fridge, electric kettle, as well as various dishes and cooking utensils. Private entrance and free parking. There is a private patio with chairs and table.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy home on Flintebjerggaard, a leisure farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come stay in our old farmhouse where we have set up a smaller home with a kitchen, bath and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room there is access to a loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room there is a view of the garden and chickens (hanegal may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace that can be used by you - during the summer season there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchard around.

Tinyhouse in the orchard

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.

The studio is located as a self-contained apartment on our country estate in the middle of a little village. In connection with the renovation, we have retained the original ceiling height and the light from when it was in use as a studio. The studio is close to, among other things, the Forest Tower, Holmegaard Glasværk, Bonbonland, beach and forest.
