Holiday rentals with a patio in Bondi Beach

The most perfect stay! The accomodation is in a central location, fully stocked and extremely clean. Chris was also super communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

Katrine’s Sydney bolt hole is absolutely beautiful - airy, light and spacious. It’s beautifully finished, with beautiful artwork and high quality bed linens, towels and toiletries - and comes with amenities like a washer and dryer (side note not to wash your whites though - ours came out worse for wear). The only other thing is that there is no air conditioning, but we were fine with the fans and breeze from the balcony door and open windows. It’s very well located - Bondi beach and all the neighbourhood amenities (supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants) were all walkable, as were bus stops and the travel hub of Bondi junction. Katrine was an excellent host, super responsive to my messages and proactive in helping when needed. Thank you!

Great location in Bondi on Campbell Parade, and a great host, who was very responsive and also helped us out quickly when we locked ourselves out. The apartment is an unusual set up, with a large TV in the bedroom, but no TV or dining table and chairs in the living room. Has a coffee machine but no pods or tea and sugar etc is offered. We also didn’t have any glasses or coffee mugs in the apartment (but the host delivered a couple), and there’s no iron or ironing board available (but there is a washing machine and dryer)

My husband and I loved our stay at Jo and Graham’s Bondi apartment. The unit is extremely modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and loved the natural light and balcony for our mid afternoon siestas while we adjusted to the time zone. Jo was extremely communicative and an absolutely wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The unit is a short 15 min walk downhill to the beach — we ended up walking Sydney quite a bit and had a great stay. It’s also a close ~10 min drive to great restaraunt in Surry Hills, Paddington etc. If you want to be tucked away from the high traffic crowds of Bondi but still have easy walking / driving access — this apartment couldn’t be better!

The place was perfect for our family of five. With two adults and three kids, the space offered just the right amount of comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor area, which the kids absolutely loved. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been better. We could easily walk to the beach, bus station, and nearby restaurants in Bondi. It was peaceful and quiet, too. Our host, Veronica, was helpful and responsive to all our messages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Christine’s place is in a great location! It’s less than 20 minutes to walk to Bondi beach and around $15 Uber to the harbour. There is a supermarket right opposite too. The apartment is near the top on the end so makes for nice views and the rooftop pool area is better than the pictures show! The room was perfect for us with cooking amenities and was clean and cosy. Christie is great at fast replies and is lovely to deal with. Thank you Christie for making our week in Sydney a great one!!

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Guillaume's place in Bondi! It was perfect for our family's needs, very quaint and charming. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). We absolutely loved the location of this Airbnb. We walked every single day to a cafe, restaurant, shop, the beach... We were out and about the entire time on foot while in Bondi. It was perfect and we miss it so much already. The hosts were very responsive and that's something I appreciate so much when using Airbnb. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed which was an added plus bc not every Airbnb is well stocked. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Bundeena Beach House! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house has a beautiful, modern design with a minimalist interior that feels calm, spacious, and thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the internal courtyard garden, which brings in natural light and a sense of tranquility. The back garden is also beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—including a lovely French iron fireplace that we really enjoyed. Great communication with the hosts too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea.

Had a fabulous stay & highly recommend! Amelia was very responsive & made the whole check-in & check-out process as smooth as possible (even gave us early check-in and late check-out). She provided a detailed house guide that included key instructions, helpful tips, & amazing restaurant recs. The house itself was as described though I would say it’s definitely more dated than it appears. The location is perfect! Amelia provided above & beyond amenities/extras (OJ, milk, champagne, coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, laundry & dish detergent, and so much more that I’ve never gotten before). The one thing I’d call out is the house is not air conditioned - it’s noted in the listing (albeit at the bottom), but I missed it & was surprised. That said, with all of the fans, we were able to cool the bedrooms down at night to sleep fine, though adding window AC units would go a long way in keeping it cooler during the day and better for sleeping during peak summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.
