The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

Our lakefront home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The living area boasts large windows, for natural light to flood the space while providing beautiful view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the enclosed sunroom & living rooms are perfect for family dinners or time with friends. From the rustic hardwood floors to the log staircases, beams, knotty pine ceilings, and antique clawfoot tub, you will feel a sense of northwoods charm the minute you step in the front door of our quaint two bedroom log cabin. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

Renee's Retreat - Oconto River

Welcome to Renee's Retreat! From the sound of rapids on the Oconto River within 150' of the cabin, to logs crackling on the camp fire next to the river, fishing for bass or trout, tubing or kayaking down the river (bring your own), watching wildlife, you will feel the fresh air in the Northwoods while staying here. Located on a wooded 2 acre lot with over 100' of river frontage, you will be able to unwind and enjoy nature while staying at my cozy 900 sq ft two bedroom log sided cabin.

Shady Retreat

Do you want to get away and relax at the lake? Visit Shady Retreat, an updated guest house on an 86 acre lake. It has one king bed, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.

We’re transparent with our pricing, that’s why we don’t have cleaning fees! The price you see is the price you pay (local taxes still apply). Come stay near the heart of Oshkosh - you’ll be on the second floor with views of Lake Winnebago. If you need anything during your stay we live on-site and are only a message away. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is across the road from Shawano Lake next to the Cecil public boat landing, public beach, and Cecil Lakeview Park. It is also walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and ice-cream. There is a large, stamped patio with fire pit in the backyard. Ideal spot next to prime fishing, UTV, and snowmobile trails.
