Beautiful farm house , close to Melbourne . Excellent location to explore the Peninsula . Good communication with the host . Great for family with children. they have nice fire pit area that is not in use, and with a little maintenance would add even more fun for kids and for colder months. We enjoyed our weekend away .Thanks !

My partner and I stayed here for our three year anniversary and we had a really lovely time! The home was very cosy, warm and beautifully clean! I was especially happy that the bed was so soft and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The location was amazing! with a two minute walk from the beach, we got to watch the sunset each night, which was absolutely stunning, it also had great access to the restaurants and stores in the area! Thank you for hosting us, we had a fantastic time!

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication was prompt and helpful, with quick responses to all our queries. The team was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which made a big difference. The property was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very family-friendly. A big shout-out to Ayn, Jan, Kim, and the rest of the team for making our stay so pleasant. We’ll definitely consider this or other properties hosted by them for future trips. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience staying at Bronwyn's place. The place is very clean and nicely furnished with large sliding doors which connects the inside to the outside. The location is great if you want to head out for lunch/dinner with local emenities not too far. The outdoor space is large and well designed and has enough seating and equipped for having a BBQ. With large TVs in both leaving areas including the tree house providing separate entertainment areas if required.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-equipped, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout our visit. The location is lovely and felt close to nature, which added to the charm of the experience. One small thing to note: on particularly windy nights, the house can get a bit noisy because of the metal roof outside, and we did hear some wildlife activity on the roof. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy, nature-surrounded getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
