Holiday houses in Bonnieux

Exceeded expectations. Coffee machine was also excellent. The home really has a heart and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peacful retreat that feels great for the soul. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were hotel standard. You can tell alot of love and time has been put into the furnishing and decor. Landscaping surrounds were a joy to explore, enjoyed sun bathing, a little ping pong, walking amoungst the trees with the family, exploring the orchard and lavender field followed by Rose and movie nights in the extremely comfortable living room. Ellen and Aries were incredible hosts.

Alice was very responsive to any message sent. She was courteous and friendly. Place was as described. Visited most of the villages and Bonnieux is such a great spot to base yourself. Planned some restaurants in other villages as a reason to see other villages. Lacoste is great for biking to, or a walk with intention of having lunch. Don’t try google maps for walking option to Lacoste - you’ll be left to many dead ends!!! You’d have to walk the road instead. Even blogs, or alltrails descriptions for a walking trail from Bonnieux to Lacoste is very outdated! The trail is not maintained, often covered by bushes. This place provides exceptional views! When visiting other villages, it would be hard to beat this view for staying in Bonnieux compared to other villages. Also, good restaurant options in Bonnieux such as Le Kosy. Do your research, the Airbnb host does not have recommendations for dinner options, as an example. Be prepared to buy your own supplies!!

Guylaine & Frank are excellent hosts. They live in this peace themselves, which they offer to every guest. They are extremely discreet and unobtrusive, always looking out for the well-being of their guests. Both attach great importance to the care of their beautiful garden, which they have built with a lot of passion over many years. Her two cats and dog complete the whole Bijoux. We stayed with Rachel in late summer. Just outside of Bonnieux with a fantastic view of the plain. We arrived by car and had the bikes with us. The location offers versatility - you can reach many nice places by bike or car. The accommodation has everything we imagined - it is sufficiently large, has a comfortable sofa, a soft bed ( mattress ) and free access in Rachel's garden. We are/ were very happy about our stay!

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home, with the kitchen being set up with every equipment needed to make nice meals. It is just a short drive out of Gordes which makes it perfect to wind down. Its such a beautiful peaceful surroundings. Super easy to drive to all the other towns in the area. We had a great time outdoors in the beautiful garden, with a lovely dining set up and the pool, also pool towels were provided which was amazing. Everything was just great and we would definitely come back.

It was perfect, in every way, first the location, perched at the top of Ménerbes, with breathtaking views of the valley below, and centrally located, perfect as a home base for exploring the Luberon. The house was incredibly beautiful. Beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail, exactly what we were looking for, and the views from the terrace were priceless. I doubt they can be matched by another AirBnB in the area. Spent our days exploring the Region, our nights on the terrace. And Charlotte was an amazing host, responsive, helpful, couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. All in all perfect, if you are planning a trip to the Luberon, look no further than this place, you won’t find a better place.

What an amazing stay! The location and the house were both like a dream. The house is amazing, spacious, comfortable, practical and it has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just... amazing. The views from any angle in the house are beautiful. There are a ton of hikes, walks and villages to visit but you need a car! so make sure to plan one in. Thanks to Christel and Sylvain for being superb hosts and for the amazing recommendations!

Set on the side of the mountain with a beautiful view looking out over farmland to the east. You can hear the soft sound of cowbells from the herd below, which adds a peaceful touch. The walk up to town is short and steep, or you can take a slightly longer route along the switchback road with a gentler incline. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised—the house felt even more comfortable and welcoming than we expected. Florence & Vincent were available and responsive, but we hardly needed them because the home is dialed. We’ll be back.
