La Petite Fiosette is an old farmhouse from 1860 renovated in 2023 located between Geneva Lake, the mountains and 7 min from Switzerland. The house is surrounded by fields and greenery with a view of Lake Geneva in the distance; it is the ideal place to breathe the good air of our mountains. The house is cozy with old-world charm You can rest there after a day of work in Geneva or after a day of exploring the region. 2min from village center & 25min from Geneva by train

Please note that a wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds 160, one with balcony, 1 bedroom with bed 90/190. Ground floor: Living room and kitchen overlooking a terrace, bathroom/toilet. Located 5 minutes walk from shops. Lake Geneva, its charming villages are 20 minutes by car and the first ski slopes 30 minutes. Beautiful walks in the countryside from the house.

Appartement 2 pièces chez l’habitant, entièrement rénové en 2024 avec entrée individuelle, cuisine et salle de bain privatives. Un garage pour vélos et/ou motos. L’appartement se situe à Machilly, au centre du village, la gare est à 200m, elle dessert Genève, Annecy, Thonon les Bains etc… Pour les plus sportifs, les déplacements peuvent se faire à vélo que ce soit pour rejoindre le lac Léman ou les villes voisines, dans ce cas nous serons ravis de vous conseiller.

The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away
