The house is well-equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, a fully-tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 beds with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of storage space.

Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare.
