Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. 15 minuter från Stockholm innerstad finner ni detta unika skärgårdsobjekt i söderläge med egen brygga om 100m2 samt privat strand. Strandpromenaden tar er till restaurang Smokehouse på 10 minuter, fortsätter ni 15 minuter till når ni restaurang Bruket Fin grillterass samt bastu med vy utmed Stockholms inlopp. Stor gräsmatta för lek och avkoppling. För den som önskar finns även möjlighet att hyra båt (intyg krävs) som ligger förtöjd vid den egna bryggan.

Nybyggd lägenhet (2024) som ligger i anslutning till vårt hus, men du bor helt avskilt med egen entré. Den består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (160 cm), kök/vardagsrum, hall och badrum. Vi kan även ordna extrabädd i vardagsrummet. Det finns flera badplatser och naturområden i närheten. Parkering kan ofta ordnas direkt vid huset men annars finns fri parkering på gatan. Bussen till Stockholm city/slussen tar ca 20 minuter.
