Ideal for visiting Bordeaux, its prestigious vineyard in Pessac-Léognan, and the Bordeaux region. Swimming pool open from May to September.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour service petit déjeuner et prestations massages voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

Arrêt de tram mairie de Lormont à 10min à pied. Gare de Cenon à proximité. Parking gratuit dans la rue (voie à sens unique et peu passante). Rocher de Palmer à 10 min en vélo, 5 min en voiture. A mi chemin entre les Vignobles (Saint-Emilion, etc.) et l'océan (Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret...)

Come and enjoy this 2-room apartment at the gates of Bordeaux and at the foot of public transport. The bus is located at the bottom of the residence and serves the city center in 15 minutes. Bègles station is behind the residence, and takes you in 2 minutes to Bordeaux station, you will also find tram C within a 5-minute walk, as well as Mussonville Park. The accommodation, very cozy, refurbished and access is completely autonomous with a secure key safe system.

I can provide carpooling from Bordeaux Mérignac airport for €30 and from Saint Jean train station for €20 Guests are not allowed according to Airbnb policy

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or near the house without worries, and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stops from the station), stopping at the Stade Musard stop or the next one, Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is located at the back of the house.
