Pétanque and molkky area, garden table and chairs, BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Furnished tourist accommodation. A stone's throw from the lively Place de la Victoire, but quiet. All of Bordeaux can be visited on foot (or even by tram) from the apartment.
