Emplacement à quelques mètres de toutes les lignes du tramway et de la Gare, l'appartement de 32 m2 est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur). Il est composé d'une entrée, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche et WC, d'une cuisine équipée (frigo, micro ondes, plaques de cuisson etc), d'un salon et d'une chambre (lit 2 places). TV et Wifi accessible. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis.

A short stay at the castle? Anaïs and Bastien invite you to stay in the east wing of the house, which overlooks their 15 ha of organic vines. In total independence, you have a parking lot and a (large) end of wooded garden [2000 m²]. The view of the Garonne and the surroundings is amazing. The vines of the property are grown organically.
