There is a kitchenette with air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, service, etc. There is access to a freezer. Large bathroom with changing table. A bedroom with double bed, a room with 3/4 bed and desk. A room with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed as well as office space and a large playroom, playroom, possibly extra sleeping places. There is access to laundry. There are views of the forest, field, and garden.

Where there is also a separate room for the grumpy teenager-or the grandmother. The house has its own bar and coffee corner. Hvam is located in the middle of Jutland with 10 to Viborg and 30 minutes to Herning and Silkeborg, respectively.

During the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish dish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/country road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min drive to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Kuperet and suitable road terrain.

Cozy guesthouse in the northern city of Ikast. Short walking distance to lake and nature area. Train station and shopping. ISI Sports After School, Dream 99, Ikast Stadome and the Gold Mine. Sports Center Ikast. Tullamore Golf club and more. All within a 1km radius There is bed linen and towel in the house. There is no bath in the guesthouse, but there is the possibility to shower by appointment. We need to know if you want to shower no later than the day before check-in, as we have to turn on the heat.

Huset har 3 værelser med dobbeltseng, samt stue med topkvalitet sovesofa, derudover kan der arrangeres ekstra madrasser på gulvet. Ved huset er der parkering til 4 biler. 7 minutters kørsel til shopping gade, 8 minutters kørsel til Jyske Bank Boxen, 8 minutters kørsel til MCH messecenter/MCH Arena, 40 minutters kørsel til Legoland/Lalandia Billund, dagligvarebutik 3 minutters kørsel væk.

Quiet and scenic

Relax in this unique and quiet space. We live as the last one on the street and the garden continues into the woods. Walking is available in the woods. You can wake up to the bird whistle and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You have your own terrace and outdoor furniture. The apartment is in the lower level on one side of the house and we live upstairs and are mostly on the other side of the house. The house is big (300mm2), so we don't disturb each other.

Et lille hyggeligt hus som er nyrenoveret i 2024 med stor græsplæne og gode parkerings mugligheder og meget rolige og smukke omgivelser.
