The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

Spectacular 17th c Village Post Office

We are close to the historical town of Battle where the Normans landed in 1066, 4 miles to the seaside town of Bexhill and 8 miles to Hastings. We are close to Lewes, Charleston Festival, Seven Sisters National Park and Glyndebourne. You’ll love our home because of the cosiness, the people, the location and the very comfortable beds. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs by prior arrangement, we love dogs as much as you do.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Small garden flat adjoined to beachfront house. Open plan lounge leading to fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar & stools. Double bedroom with king size bed, shower room with basin & w/c. Steps at the side of main house lead to a dog friendly private beach with seating for you to enjoy the fabulous sea views. Pevensey bay village is 1.2km away & has pubs, cafes & restaurants.

Self-contained holiday annexe

This light and spacious annexe is one third part of the whole house. It has en-suite bedroom, kitchen, sitting room, conservatory, 2nd WC and Garden. There is a second sleeping area set up in conservatory (with privacy blind and surrounding curtain). This is ideal for a child or young adult. Door from conservatory leads to section of garden. Off-road parking. Cowbeech is a pretty rural village (with friendly pub) with lovely countryside and close to coast. Min Stay 4 Nights.

Adorable Hideaway: log stove, campfire, organic fm

The Adorable Hideaway is situated in the generally quiet farmyard of a thirty acre organic smallholding, a mile from Bodiam Castle. People said I would never find a place like this in South East England and I’d have to go at least to Devon, but here we are, at the farm that forgot the time. To come and go, you don’t have to go past my home or into my garden, I think people find the hideaway quite adequately private. It's a bit busier these days..

The Stables at Boreham House

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character. The cottage is set in beautiful East Sussex countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
