This well appointed guest studio is perfect for both short and long stays, and is conveniently located in the prestigious Beaulieu Park. Sainsburys supermarket and petrol station are a 2 minute drive, as are Starbucks and KFC. A scenic walk through Beaulieu Park will take you to a new parade of shops, including a Sainsburys Local, Churchill's Fish & Chips, and Costa. Chelmsford town centre and Broomfield hospital are less than 10 minutes by car, and a nearby bus stop has routes serving both.

Lots of Countryside walks close by 10-15 min drive to Maldon 25 min walk to Hatfield Peverel Station 5 minute drive to A12 River Chelmer & Blackwater great place for Paddle boarding & Kayaks Check in is at 3pm but we can be flexible, please ask when booking. St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.

Recently converted Nissen Barn on beautiful farm

The recently converted Nissen Barn is located on a farm in its own private meadow. The barn is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside - rolling hills, ancient trees, wildflowers and grasses, hedgerows, horses and sheep. The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!

This homely house with a double bedroom, cosy living room, dining area, modern kitchen and bathroom with free allocated parking space. Sleeps up to 4 people with double bed and separate double sofa bed. Boreham village is located within a short drive from the A12 which provides road links to the M25. Chelmsford City Centre is approx. 4.8 miles from the property and Hatfield Peverel Station is approx. 2.9 miles away and offers trains in to London Liverpool Street Station.
